This is my story.

My name is Cobus van der Merwe and I reside in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.

I'm a self employed entrepreneur since 1992. I was involved in various small business ventures and for the past 10 years, I'm full time involved in the real estate sector, mostly focusing on rental administration. 

...But business horizons in South Africa have changed .

- The  S.A. economy is under severe stress.
- Legislation is gradually forcing a portion of economically active citizens  out of employment  and even out of business opportunities.
- Property rights are under threat. 
- The value of the ZA Rand is in a downward spiral and it's value is already less than $0.08. (8 cents)
-  The media is making allegations of state capture as well as gross corruption.
- There seems to be no intention of stopping the destruction and illegal burning of infrastructure.
 ...Well all is not doom and gloom
Instead of  depending on the dwindling S.A. economy, I became active in network and affiliate marketing in the international arena during 2015. I suffered a few bruises on my journey and I've experienced  a few road bumps, but here I am.

I now have a sustaining online business and  I'm getting paid in US Dollars while still staying in South Africa.
